The itineraries of the MS Deutschland are always something special!
Right at the beginning, you walk through one of the smallest capitals in the world, at Banjul
Gambia River. Then go to the Albert Market, the heart of downtown and see the Arc de Triomphe
Arch.
After relaxing days at sea dive in the tropical Africa. In Ghana is the world heritage Cape Coast
on the tour program and in Benin, the birthplace of voodoo, you have the rare opportunity to visit
a fetish market.
Relax on board while MS Deutschland gently glides further south. Namibia is now a refuge for rare
animals and plants, and allows deep insight into an environment which is among the driest in the
world. The history of "German South-West" can be most clearly traced in Lüderitz. Street signs in
German and houses owned by German-born families. Experience a piece of Europe’s influence in
Africa.
And then it's time! Directly below Table Mountain, the MS Deutschland docks in Cape Town at the
Waterfront!

Cruise Terms & Inclusions
The trip prices are calculated based on current fuel
costs. Should we raise the purchase prices payable by more than 10%, we
reserve the right to collect cost-recovery and bunker fuel surcharges.
•All meals on board in different restaurants: breakfast for early risers from the buffet
or served at the restaurant ‘Berlin’, broth in the morning, lunch and eat dinner (choice of buffet, barbecue, set
menu, seven-course gourmet meal), afternoon coffee, cakes and pastries, elegant
afternoon tea, midnight snack. Special requests are gladly considered.
•Board changes daily events and entertainment programs: lectures about country and
people, discussions, readings, film presentations, sporting or creative courses, etc. Galas
and classical concerts in the magnificent IMPERIAL ROOM, swing and dance music in the salon LILI MARLEEN, music
until the wee hours in the OLD FRITZ.
•The captain's welcome and farewell cocktail.
•Use of all onboard facilities in the passenger area: well-stocked library, cinema with a
constantly changing schedule, a gym, Finnish sauna, Roman steam bath, swimming pools, golf facilities (tee-off
area, putting green) etc.
•Detailed travel documents containing information about the countries visited
•Bilingual crew, ship and hotel
management, front desk, concierge, cruise director, cruise office and Hostess
•All guests of the honeymoon and the owner's suite will
receive a pre check-in with personal care by the hotel manager.
