MS Deutschland - Nordic Awakening - Voyage 468-

Hamburg, Germany to Travemunde, Germany - May 11-17, 2014 - 7 days/6 nights

Celebrate the Hamburg harbor’s birthday as you embark the MS Deutschland as she takes part in the harbor parade. Celebrate on board and experience the beauty of a Nordic spring day!

The city of Hamburg is in a festive mood and is lit up with countless lights.  Tens of thousands of onlookers will be looking on as the MS Deutschland sails through the  harbor during this international party.  Enjoy this unique experience with champagne on the outside decks.  Continue cruising towards Stavanger and Arendal in southern Norway, known as two of the most beautiful cities in the itinerary.

The spring in the fjords is refreshing and stimulating at the same time , because the Nordic light bathes everything in a glistening sheen.  There will still be snow on the mountains, however on deck it is pleasantly warm in the spring sun.   Explore Gothenburg, with his zest for life and a casual atmosphere before visiting Copenhagen’s "Little Mermaid” where you may choose to take a tour of the northern metropolis.
