With Portchester Castle and the spectacular architecture of Spinnaker Tower, medieval meets modernity in Portsmouth. Setting out from here, we will arrive in London** with its fascinating mixture of tradition and trendsetting. Crossing Piccadilly Circus and Haymarket, we will reach St. Paul’s Cathedral, where you can view its magnificent interior.

The course was designed in 1883 and has been continually modernised with great passion for detail ever since. Besides the fairways, the wind conditions make for an exciting challenge.

St. Peter Port – La Grande Mare (additional course)
This parkland course borders the sandy beach of Vazon Bay. Situated right on the western coast of Guernsey, play a round against the majestic backdrop of the English Channel.

A place like a medieval coastal fort: in the historic centre, you can browse small shops with antiques and collector’s items. One of the most famous pilgrimage sites in the world is located in front of the gates to the city: the monastic island of Mont Saint Michel**.

Set in ancient hunting grounds in Brittany, this idyllic course designed by Hubert Chesneau is appealing thanks to its many water hazards and gentle slopes.

The powerful walls of the Vauban citadel dominate the port of Le Palais on Belle Ile. On a tour of the island**, your route will be lined by idyllic villages which inspired even Claude Monet.

The world-famous wine city on the Garonne will enchant you for two days – with its culture, for example, on a trip and a guided tour through historic Bordeaux** and with its produce on a bicycle tour through the vineyards**.

In the evening, we will reach the proud metropolis on the Tejo where, for example, you can enjoy a traditional fado evening at your own pace. After one last night on board, it will be time to begin your journey home. Or you can hone your impressions of Portugal’s capital city with a post-cruise programme*.
