The historic part of Lipari, capital of the island of the same name, is full of Italian charm. This is the largest of the volcanic Lipari Islands. On a discovery tour**, some idyllic impressions of this UNESCO World Natural Heritage Site will unfold. Or you can go on a snorkelling adventure by the volcano**. A robust speedboat will take you at high speed along the red lava cliffs. Discover a fascinating cave system and a 100 m long tunnel grotto where countless fish and other underwater inhabitants dart to and fro.

From Naxos you can get to Taormina**, which sits on top of the cliffs over the Ionian Sea with unique views of smoking Mount Etna. You can get even closer to the famous volcano on a trip by off-road vehicle** to the Valle del Bove, where the lava flows have formed a bizarre landscape.
